Welcome to Crust & Crumble Bakers. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of crustandcrumblebakers.com and cncbakers.com (together, the “Website”) and any orders you place with us. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Crust & Crumble Bakers (“Crust & Crumble”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a home-style artisanal bakery offering cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, chocolates and custom celebration bakes. We operate under FSSAI Registration No. 23624029001797 and are based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any other user. You must not misuse the Website by introducing malicious code, attempting to access any non-public area, or interfering with its normal operation. We may suspend access at any time if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
We try to display our cakes and bakes as accurately as possible. Because every item is hand-finished, the final product may vary slightly in appearance, decoration or shade from the photographs shown on the Website. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices, change a recipe, or discontinue any product without prior notice.
An order placed on the Website is an offer to purchase. The order is only confirmed once payment is successfully received and we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, if the delivery location is outside our service area, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In any such case any amount already paid will be refunded.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. Crust & Crumble does not store your full card or banking details on our servers. Please do not share your card number, OTP, UPI PIN or banking credentials with anyone claiming to call from Crust & Crumble — we will never ask for these.
Delivery dates and time slots offered at checkout are estimates. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver on time, delays caused by traffic, weather, force majeure events, courier issues or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by you are outside our control. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled slot. Specific timelines and charges for cancellation, refunds or re-delivery are covered in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Custom-designed cakes, theme cakes, photo cakes and bulk orders are made to order. Once production on a custom order has begun, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Approval of design references, spelling on the cake message, flavour and weight is the customer’s responsibility and confirms production. We will do our best to match the reference image while staying true to our own craftsmanship.
Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy and other common allergens. Even when a product is labelled “eggless” or “nut-free”, we cannot guarantee that it is free of trace allergens from the shared environment. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before placing an order. Crust & Crumble cannot be held liable for any allergic reaction.
All content on the Website — including the Crust & Crumble name, logo, photography, product descriptions, recipes and styling — is owned by Crust & Crumble Bakers or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
When you submit a review, photograph or comment to us (including by email, WhatsApp or social media tagging), you grant Crust & Crumble a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, display and share that content for marketing purposes, with credit where applicable. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or our products.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
